Welcome to the Palladian Academy Trust (PAT). Thank you for your interest in our group of schools.
Palladian Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust (MAT) whose vision for education is underpinned by our pillars of wellbeing, professional development, character, partnership and enrichment. We passionately believe equality of opportunity starts with education; irrespective of where you were born or where you live, the education in one of our great schools will make a fundamental difference to all our children’s lives, career prospects and social mobility. Our curriculum offer and our pedagogy support this through a high quality inclusive approach delivered by dedicated colleagues.
We are proud to have a great team of people working in our schools who always put children at the heart of our practice. We are committed to providing excellent professional development opportunities for all our staff and always aim to be an employer of choice.
The information on this site will give you an indication of our values and how we make our commitment to the Palladian Promise for all a reality, everyday.
Donna Tandy, Chief Executive Officer
We value the professional development of our staff. We are dedicated to enabling them to remain at the cutting edge of their practice, especially in teaching.
We believe that together we are much stronger, and so partnership is our fifth and final value.
The name of our trust is a reference to the local landmark in Prior Park, the Palladian Bridge. Just as bridges connect people, we are outward-facing as a trust, open to change, innovation and collaboration. This is supported by our Trust Board.
The PAT consists of ten schools in the local area: two infant schools, two junior schools, five primary schools, and a secondary school. The academy group is able to take advantage of the freedoms available to academies, allowing us to put learners and learning first at all times.
If you are visiting the PAT for the first time via this website, then we’d love for you to explore our school websites on the Our Schools tab to get to know us better, at least until we are able to accept visitors again. Please contact Yvonne Miles (details on the Contact tab) with any queries – she can point you in the right direction and would be happy to assist.
