Education Excellence

Our principles align with our Trust priorities; the Five Pillars.

1. The expectation is for everyone to be as good as they can be.

2. There is no improvement in outcomes for pupils without improvement in teaching, and no improvement in practice without the best evidence-informed professional development.

3. Strong systems within a Trust will facilitate better professional development and thus better teaching and outcomes for all pupils.  This is supported in all our classrooms by our Blueprint for Learning (linked below)

The Education Excellence team has continued to develop and have demonstrable impact on school improvement throughout 2023-24. Led by Lisa Pollard, our Director of Education, the team consists of Teaching and Learning Partners who each have lead responsibility for CPLD, Safeguarding, SEND, Church Schools Lead and Sports.
