Education Excellence

Ed Ex
Palladian Academy Trust

Led by Lisa Pollard, our Director of Education, the Education Excellence team consists of Teaching and Learning Partners who each have lead responsibility for CPLD, Safeguarding, SEND, Church Schools and Sports.

We are also proud to be an accredited delivery partner for Best Practice Network, delivering NPQ courses since 2023, including NPQSL, NPQH and NPQSEN.

The principles of education excellence align with the pillars of our Trust strategy.

  1. The expectation is for everyone to be as good as they can be.
  2. There is no improvement in outcomes for pupils without improvement in teaching, and no improvement in practice without the best evidence-informed professional development.
  3. Strong systems within a Trust will facilitate better professional development and thus better teaching and outcomes for all pupils.  This is supported in all our classrooms by our Blueprint for Learning (linked below)
