For our teaching colleagues, incremental coaching is an entitlement, ensuring personalised support for growth. Our professional learning offer is regularly updated, providing a wide range of development opportunities to meet the needs of every role.

Plus, we offer Level 2 and 3 training courses for colleagues, helping to build skills that make a real difference. As well as a variety of apprenticeships that have something for everyone, these apprenticeships combine practical experience with nationally recognised qualifications.

Appraisals

We believe in the value of regular, supportive appraisals for all colleagues, regardless of role. We use an appraisal form which focuses on personal growth and professional development. This approach fosters meaningful and constructive discussions, allowing us to attend to each individual’s strengths, goals, and areas for improvement. By ensuring that appraisals are about the colleague’s journey and not tied to financial rewards, we create a space for honest feedback, reflection, and mutual growth.

Professional Development Network

We actively encourage collaboration across teams, through our networks and Trust Development Days to inspire, grow and share expertise. Working together is powerful -colleagues share best practice, learn from one another, and collectively drive innovation. This culture of collaboration not only enhances individual development but also strengthens the impact we have across our family of schools and on our pupils.
