Palladian Academy Trust

Our Trust vision to provide 'excellent and equitable opportunities so everyone can flourish’ is at the heart of all we do.

Our ambition is to ensure that our pupils thrive, achieve, and succeed through our schools being the best they can be, for the communities we serve. We celebrate the distinctiveness of each school and the role it plays in our Trust.

Our Trust curriculum is underpinned by our values of ‘Respect, Trust, Courage and Curiosity’. It is designed to empower learners to embrace their unique identities, explore their passions, and engage with the world, so that they achieve well and make excellent progress from their individual starting points.

Across Palladian Academy Trust, we recognise the role of the curriculum in helping our pupils to know more and remember more while developing them holistically and ensuring they are well prepared for the next stage of their journey.

Our ambitious, curriculum spine provides a cohesive journey of key concepts, skills, and knowledge that our pupils will learn from the beginning of Key Stage 1 (following on from EYFS) through to the end of Key Stage 2. Informed by research evidence, this alignment develops into Key Stage 3 through mixed prior attainment groupings and coherent age-related expectations. This enables schools to focus on the content and delivery of the knowledge through exceptional pedagogy, summarised by our Blueprint for Learning, and meeting the individual needs of pupils and communities each school serves.
