The Finance Excellence teams core offer is agile and resilient, while working in partnership with all schools to drive the vision and delivery of the Trust strategy. Led by Julia Finch, Director of Finance, the team consists of Finance Business Partners who have responsibility for supporting schools directly with budget management and planning and developing financial systems that support processes and controls needed.
